Yes, you can easily upgrade your hosting package from within your client dashboard. Select the plan you would like to upgrade to and agree to the upgrade. You will only pay the difference of the higher plan based on what you have paid for the current lower plan for that month.

Yes, website backup services are included with some of our website hosting plans. Website backup services can also be purchased as an “add-on” for plans that do not include backup services.

A domain name is defining word or phrase (the word “example” in example.com) assigned to mask a specific IP address. That IP address is assigned to a specific computer/server which is connected to the internet and publicly accessible. The word or phrase used allows people a much easier way to remember the address needed to access a web server. Without the domain name, we would have to type a series of numbers and decimals to gain access to a specific website. 

To create an account with Streamer Cloud, you will need a domain name. However, you do not need to register a domain name through Streamer Cloud to use our website hosting services. If you already own a domain name, add it to your account upon creation and after your account is active, point the domain name to Streamer Cloud’s name servers.
