You can contact Streamer Cloud’s Zealous Support Team if you have questions related to:

  • Pre-purchases or general sales questions .
  • Questions or concerns related to your Streamer Cloud web hosting account
  • Questions or concerns related to your Streamer Cloud web hosting account billing
  • Comments or suggestions about Streamer Cloud are always welcome
  • You are a Prime client or have purchased managed support and need help with your services or account

Regardless of the above, if you have a question or concern please feel free to reach out to our Zealous Support Team.

In most cases we provide a response and/or answer within minutes. During heavier peak traffic periods our response may take longer.
Our commitment at StreamerCloud it to get back to ALL OF our clients no later than 24 hours after the first initial contact.
Our commitment at Streamer Cloud is to have an answer or resolution to any question or concern within 48-72 hours.
The typical time it takes to resolve a Zealous Support help desk ticket is 1-2 business days. Complex and unique situations can take upwards of 3-5 business days to resolve. Our Zealous Support help desk tickets are not allowed to be open past 7 days.
Currently Streamer Cloud does not have a call center. However, for our Prime clients and for paid managed support accounts, we do offer voice support and consultation via our Discord support server.
StreamerCloud’s Zealous Support Discord Channel can provide both text and voice support to Streamer Cloud clients who are Prime Account holders and/or clients who have upgraded to a paid managed support plan.
Clients whom have access to paid managed support can make and receive calls to us though our Zealous Support Discord Channel also.
Our Streamer Cloud sales department, billing department and Zealous Support Team respond to communications within the order they are received. However, our clients can purchase an Escalated Support Ticket. An Escalated Support Ticket would push your support ticket ahead of all other support tickets besides another Escalated Support Ticket.
Although a regular support ticket will do for most cases, If our clients have an urgent request they can purchase a Streamer Cloud Escalated Support Ticket. Simply purchase an Escalated Support Ticket and this allows you to go the head of the line.  Escalate your support ticket using Streamer Cloud’s Escalated Support Ticket System feature.
